Positive Affirmation starts with Seeing the Good in Oneself

Positive Affirmation is a topic inspired by my daughter Carol. Sometimes life is very encouraging and sometimes it’s like being a rat on a wheel. Sometimes we feel stuck in the middle of being held captive and set free. The best safeguard to being in between or feeling like we’re on a roller coaster is positive affirmation. In speaking with my daughter Carol, we are convinced that when we have daily positive affirmations it becomes our safeguard from pushing negative emotions/feelings that would cause us that feeling of being trapped. The freshest air comes from breathing in and breathing out positive affirmations. It helps us climb that mountain of self where we enjoy the best possible views.

Robert is the Recovery Guy. Getting clean and sober on April 25, 1986 has given me the insight and practical skill set to not only stay sober, but to also re-invent myself to the person I always wanted to become. Showing others how to do this is my life goal.
