When I allow myself to be distracted by the outside and negative sources it most allows affects me and view of my life. This can be very dangerous for a person of recovery. I need to “take my thoughts captive” and think on the things I can control and the things that support my position of recovery. This podcast does just that.

Philippians 4:8, ESV: “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” This is Part 1 of 2. I hope you appreciate the heart it comes from.

Truth
a verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like:
Honor
high respect, as worth, merit, or rank:
Just(ice)
guided by truth, reason, justice, and fairness:
Pure
free from anything of a different, inferior, or contaminating kind; free from extraneous matter:
extraneous= (introduced or coming from without; not belonging or proper to a thing; external; foreign:)
