Today’s podcast is called 7 Lovely Logics. These logics are common sense approaches to living a life that makes sense. When we practice these logics we can’t help but be the better version of ourselves. We will ultimately lead more healthy lives and have a greater positive impact on those around us. Below are the recommended steps that we can incorporate into our daily lives.

  1. Make peace with your past so it doesn’t spoil your future
  2. What others think of you is none of your business
  3. Time heals almost everything. Give the time, some time
  4. No one is the reason for your happiness, except yourself
  5. Don’t compare your life with others. You have no idea what their journey is about
  6.  Stop thinking too much. It’s alright not to know all the answers
  7. Smile, you don’t own all the problems in the world
