Just like we would take a daily vitamin or we eat healthy daily or we make sure that we get enough sleep daily. Daily affirmation helps give us the positive momentum to be successful on a daily basis. Daily success is not necessarily based on the outcome what we’re talking about here is having a regular positive assertion of who we are as a person.

The Four Dimensions

The Great Exchange
This approach is, what I call, The Exchange Theory of Recovery. In this Great Exchange, what we are doing is understanding the need to remove negative past thoughts, experiences or people by exchanging them with something/someone more in line with the positive path we are choosing.
